    Cookies and Browser Storage

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Websites can also use local storage and session storage for similar purposes. In this policy, “storage” covers all of these technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work; optional analytics and marketing storage is used only after the relevant consent.

    What We Use

    Strictly Necessary

Used for cart contents, consent choices, account and security sessions, checkout, fraud prevention and digital delivery. These cannot be disabled through our banner because the requested service may not work without them. Stripe may set necessary payment and fraud-prevention cookies and storage when its checkout is opened.

    First-Party Analytics — Optional

Our consent-gated analytics uses random session storage and a returning-visitor flag in local storage. It records page and product views, referral and campaign data, general device class, and events such as audio plays, cart activity, checkout, purchases, downloads, scrolling and time on page. Our analytics database does not attach this data to your name or email and does not track you across unrelated websites. Hosting and security infrastructure may still process network data such as an IP address.

    Microsoft Clarity — Optional

If you consent to analytics, Microsoft Clarity stores identifiers in first-party cookies (_clck and _clsk) to recognise a browser across visits and group requests into a session. Clarity records how you interact with pages — mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, navigation and page content — so we can replay sessions and build heatmaps to find usability problems. Clarity masks text input fields by default, so what you type into forms is not captured. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity is not loaded before analytics consent.

    Meta Marketing — Optional

If you consent to marketing, the Meta Pixel may store or read identifiers and receive information about visits and actions so we can measure Facebook and Instagram advertising and create advertising audiences. Meta may combine this with other information under its own privacy terms. We do not activate the Pixel before marketing consent.

Where You Are Changes What We Ask

Privacy law differs by country, so the site applies the model your own law uses rather than one rule everywhere.

In the UK, the EEA, Switzerland, Canada and Australia, optional storage is off until you turn it on. Nothing beyond strictly necessary storage is used unless you accept it in the banner.

Elsewhere, including the United States and New Zealand, analytics and marketing storage is on by default and you can switch it off at any time through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. We do not sell personal information.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as switching optional storage off, wherever you are, and no banner is shown.

Your country is determined at our CDN from the network connection alone. No location is stored and nothing is shared with a third party to work it out.

    Managing Your Choices

You can accept, reject or customise optional categories in the banner and change your choice at any time through “Cookie Preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional use; you can also delete existing storage in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent the cart, account or checkout from working.
