Refunds

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is important to us. As a provider of digital goods, we aim to ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers.

Refund Period

If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your original purchase. During this 14-day period, refund requests are honored without exception or condition. This is in addition to your statutory rights, which nothing in this policy limits.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number. Purchases are sold through Onelink, Stripe’s merchant of record service, so you can also ask Onelink support for a refund directly.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, including any tax you paid, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

For refund requests: support@soundslikeyoumusic.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Plugin Licences

If a purchase that included a plugin licence is refunded in full or reversed, that licence key stops working, as set out in the plugin’s licence agreement.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the first 14 days are handled case by case. Stripe may also issue a refund within 60 days of purchase in some cases, for example to resolve a payment dispute.

Orders Before 10 September 2026

Orders placed before 10 September 2026 went through our previous checkout. For a refund on one of those, email support@soundslikeyoumusic.com with your order number.
